Found myself listening to the Yankees radio broadcast as I was out this afternoon.Anyone for Argos talk?
Yes, last year, they had identical 60-52 records after 112 games and 2.5 games back in the division. They only went on to win 23 more of their final 50, which would make many Jays fans suicidal if that happened again this year. By the end of August, they were 69-67, 10.5 back.Read yesterday though that this time last year Jays were 10 games over 500, and top of the East. Didn't last long though did it so let's hope they don't suffer a similar fate with injuries to key players. That would be cruel.
Bullshit!!!!!Found myself listening to the Yankees radio broadcast as I was out this afternoon.
They were talking Argonauts and wondered where they played their home games,
if they was still at Exhibition Stadium?
Which I think would be the point of them talking about it. To make fun of Toronto, make it sound like a minor league city.Bullshit!!!!!
Most NY'yers never even heard of the Argos.
You're so full of shit, Costanza
Are you seriously asking this question again????If you are capable of explaining it go ahead, explain it. Be sure to back up your explanations with facts you have researched. It would be more productive than throwing out a lame insult
This is the final proof - as if any was needed - that Gibby is the best manager in MLB today. Most managers would have benched Smoak and used EE at 1B. Gibby knew in advance that Smoak was due for a big AB and kept him in the line-up. Gibby is a genius. The Smoaker breaks his slump
What else is he supposed to say though?Girardi claims Yankees not worried about surging Jays. And this is how he looked "not worrying" after today's game.....

And imagine the people here calling for Gibby's head if he managed like Girardi (highly regarded) did today. Nova looked shaky loading the bases (two walks) and Girardi had a reliever warmed and ready to go. Yet he left Nova in to face Smoak. This is the final proof - as if any was needed - that Gibby is the best manager in MLB today. Most managers would have benched Smoak and used EE at 1B.
