It isn't whataboutism or a diversion.
It is objectively the truth that this non-issue is far less important than things like healthcare.
I am directly stating that the trans athlete in sports, is a non-issue for which an Executive Order is not necessary even if there is bi-partisan support on principle.
I think you should allow yourself some room to retreat from responding to criticism of the Trump administration's policies as you seem very frustrated, that such criticism is being levied.
I am simply stating that this is a non-issue for which an EO is unnecessary when there are other more important issues to tackle.
I am also stating that these types of EOs will not be successful in their end goal.

One of the primary symptoms of tDS that I listed was an inability to tolerate any criticism of trump and his policies.

Have to be honest..I'm against forced pronouns , biological males competing in women's sports and sexualizing kids with trans ideology, but maybe we should address people the way they want to be addressed out of common courtesy.

To clarify:
It was Oracle who said "I'd be supporting pedos" in response to my support for trans people. (Let us ignore his error of confusing abnormal sexual proclivities with normal gender identity).
I responded saying these kinds of strawmen were used back in the day to oppose gay rights.
Eventually lesbian, bisexual and gay people have come to be more or less normalized today.
Similarly trans people also will in a few years.
They already have legal protections in Canada and that is not going anywhere.
The US generally being a more backward country follows Canada on these social issues.
So it will take them some time to get there but they will.
These are civil rights issues.
As long as people exist, gender identities will exist
The only option in the long term is to just accept it.

The history of cultural change shows a very active role for the Federal govt.
If you support the action, it's a cultural transformation. If you don't, you call it a culture war.
Which is why the right has been calling cultural transformation they don't like culture war for decades now.
