The selling price of the home may be affected by location, but not the cost to build it.

You're confusing the cost of building a home on land already owned with a developer buying a parcel of land, building condos and then including the price of the land and toilets in the final prices.

How is your mother's basement? I assume its cheap at least. Anybody who's bought or even rented knows these basics.

A politician gives away public land to a private, foreign company and an ex conservative, now lobbyist, banks in and you think its totally fine.
Giving away public lands to insiders is about as shitty as corruption gets.

Not confusing anything here. The cost of building underground parking has nothing to do with the land whether it's already owned or not.

It's just you trying to wrangle out of something you know I'm right about but won't admit.

We've had decades of studies, proposals, etc and it has resulted in analysis-paralysis. Time to move forward and you can keep crying out of both sides of your mouth if it makes you feel better.

On the bright side, the Ontario government has invested heavily in expanding the CAMH facilities. That's a fact. You should check that out.
