You're confusing the cost of building a home on land already owned with a developer buying a parcel of land, building condos and then including the price of the land and toilets in the final prices.You think they add the cost of the land to each toilet they install. Yes you do.

And you still can't admit that the info I shared says nothing about land cost being included. You know why? Because it's not.
Underground parking can cost up to approx $160k per spot to build. You think the price of that would change according to how much the land cost? No.
Just like the cost of building a home is not related to the land cost. It's based on square footage as the calculation.
The selling price of the home may be affected by location, but not the cost to build it.
How is your mother's basement? I assume its cheap at least. Anybody who's bought or even rented knows these basics.
