my first thought was "how many times will they repeat this?"

then i thought the driving skill that is most admirable is keeping space around you so you have a place to go if SOMETHING happens. most people don't bother. and who was driving? her or him?

Damn lucky there weren't two fatal crashes.

This has been a bad winter and there are still 2-3 months to go.

If the driver knew they were clear to swerve over two lanes then that is great driving (ie maintaining a picture of what's going on around you and what avenues of escape you have at any time)... if they just swerved and were lucky that there was no one there... then they are just average drivers who got lucky this time.

OMFG Rubby, you get new rubbers and you got to wear them on your dick and waggle it back and forth and the twirel it around in the air every chance you have to bring it up...................We get it, we get it!!! I had summer rubbers and winter rubbers since I was 16 years old, do you see me waggling my rubbers around?

The report says the driver is blaming the accident on "poor driving conditions". Let's hope the courts continue to ignore that as an excuse. Of course, you are supposed (actually, required) to drive according to the conditions.
