COLA for 2021 was 3.4.
Arbitrator Kaplan awarded a 2.75 per cent compensation increase to teachers on top of the 1per cent they had already received totally 3.75.
COLA for 2022 was 6.8
COLA for 2023 was 6.3
COLA for 2024 is 4.8
Arbitrator Kaplan will next rule on the pay for teachers from 2022 to 2025.
