I think you missed the news: Not only was he in fact charged, he was convicted. The man has a criminal record for drinking and driving no less, a far more heinous crime than possession of pot or cocaine. Snort coke and you might fuck up your own life, drive drunk and you might fuck up mine.he still would not be charge.
Didn't have time to read the whole thread but anything that Fuji is frantically protesting against is good in my eyes.I think you missed the news: Not only was he in fact charged, he was convicted. So driving while high on coke is okay in your books?I think you missed the news: Not only was he in fact charged, he was convicted. The man has a criminal record for drinking and driving no less, a far more heinous crime than possession of pot or cocaine. Snort coke and you might fuck up your own life, drive drunk and you might fuck up mine.
Like Mel lastman was with calling in the Army for the snow removal ?Maybe that will be Ford's excuse when he runs this city into the ground and proves to be a huge embarrassment for Toronto....
.
So you are in favour of driving drunk? You're pathetic in that case. Absolutely pathetic. Anyone who supports drunk driving is the lowest form of life on the planet--pond scum. Disgusting.Didn't have time to read the whole thread but anything that Fuji is frantically protesting against is good in my eyes.
Not according to the lawyer who represented him. He was charged and convicted of impaired driving. Ford initially came out and lied and said that it was failing to provide a breath sample but then when confronted with the actual charge sheet he admitted the truth. From what I have been able to find out the ticket was issued for failing to provide a breath sample
fuji, give it a rest. you are embarassing yourself here with your obsession against Ford. duang is certainly not in favour of drunk driving and your jump to that conclusion is laughable. ford was convicted of a misdemeanor failure to provide breathalyzer and at that time (1999) it was not treated as an admission of guilt of impaired driving like it is now.So you are in favour of driving drunk? I'd like to hear it from duang, at the moment I'm taking him at his word. I am "frantically protesting against" the fact that Ford is a drunk driver and duang wrote in direct reply to that "anything that Fuji is frantically protesting against is good in my eyes."fuji, give it a rest. you are embarassing yourself here with your obsession against Ford. duang is certainly not in favour of drunk driving and your jump to that conclusion is laughable. ford was convicted of a misdemeanor failure to provide breathalyzer and at that time (1999) it was not treated as an admission of guilt of impaired driving like it is now.
This is classic fuji. I'm willing to bet fuji has driven legally drunk at some point and I'm also willing to bet that he thinks he is not also pathetic solely because he was not caught. Futhermore I'm also guessing that he thinks he is morally qualified to be mayor, the Giambone withdrawal notwithstanding. So you are in favour of driving drunk? You're pathetic in that case. You lose the bet. What were you betting?I'm willing to bet fuji has driven legally drunk at some point
I never took you up on that bet because you refused to accept the terms I proposed. Namely it was conditional on there being no mass vaccination, which there was. So, you lost that--but of course facts like that never stand in your way.I only bet with people that would actually pay when they lose, which unless you have given princess Margaret $100 in my name , excludes you.
I don't even drive after a single drink without giving it an hour to wear off and I have never, ever driven after having had more than a single drink. Not even once in my entire life. I don't even really drink very often, maybe once every couple of weeks, sometimes less often than that although when I do drink I'm pretty much planning on getting drunk which means I'm also planning on not driving.BTW The bet wasn't whether you had been arrested , it was whether at anytime you had driven when you were more than 0.08. We know full well that you consider yourself innocent unless you are actually caught
Yeah that's true but for my body size and weight the charts say that I burn off one drink in roughly one hour. At any rate, I've never driven a car with more alcohol in me than whatever is left one hour after finishing a single drink. Nowhere near 0.08 that's for sure, probably damn near zero. One hour will not wear off ALL alcohol.
Your logic is delusional fuji that's all I have to say.I'd like to hear it from duang, at the moment I'm taking him at his word. I am "frantically protesting against" the fact that Ford is a drunk driver and duang wrote in direct reply to that "anything that Fuji is frantically protesting against is good in my eyes."
How do you read that? I can only come up with one cogent reading, and that is that duang supports drunk driving.
My opinion of drunk drivers is irrelevant fuji. We're talking about an incident over 10 years ago (Ford) and we don't know the full details of the incident. I cannot condemn because it could have happened to me on many occasions. Guess that would make me unfit to be mayor in your books eh fuji? What's your opinion of drunk drivers, K Douglas? Is a small fine sufficient punishment?
I think drunk driving is heinous crime that should include some mandatory jail time along with at least a year long license suspension on a first offense. Even if it's only a month in jail--something to get the message across to those callous people who put other people's lives in jeopardy.
It's a good thing Ford isn't an immigrant: His DUI conviction would make him inadmissible to Canada if he weren't. He'd be deported.
