You are correct. Both sides will not budge. Both sides want the other gone. By what ever means. There will not be a one state or two state solution. Just a winner or a loser. That's the way Both sides want it.

This is not accurate. Obviously anyone would want their bad neighbour to leave forever. But meanwhile israel is trying to preserve the status quo and is basically satisfied with it (not counting settler violence which is def fucked up) while the other side is trying to change it and is actively using violence against civilians while doing so.

Hey I'm on Israel's side. I consider them a far better Western Ally. And will negotiate peace treaties with neighboring nations. But let's not call it out. They are encroaching and baiting them. The Palestinians are too stubborn, stupid and religiously directed to not become the author of their own demise as well. It's a shitshow with recent 75 years and before that thousands more of wanting absolute control of the area and expelling each other, happily using violence.
Israel will likely win. No one in the region likes the Palestinians. Not after allying with Iran. Stupid move to be Sunni but ally with Shia Muslims. And with US/Saudi relations good it means game over.
What territory were Jews in control of during the Holocaust. There was no Jewish state to defend?
What international aid was coming in expressly intended for Jews?
What governing body of Jews existed that had militias?
What rockets did other countries supply to the Jewish militias?
