The construct of race is based in genetics. When someone defines race they don't ask what their beliefs are, they judge them by how they look. Skin colour, hair, eye shape, etc. It is literally their physical form.
A person's beliefs are not defined by their genetics. Anyone can be a Jew, A Muslim, An atheist.
And by your definition Hindus occupy land owned by Muslims and were forced out of. Are you demanding they leave as well?

Take any group of humans and move them closer to the equator and over 20-50 generations their skin will darken.
