Actually, with civil order breaking down, the Gazans are learning that Hamas has lead them down the garden path. How long until they revolt against their true oppressors, Hamas, who initiated this war? They can see how Hamas is using them as human shields. It's right in front of their eyes.

Yes, Palestinians were responding or resisting a 75 year illegal occupation of Palestine.
Why hasn't Israel ended the occupation?

If they don't follow through with destroying Hamas or atleast severely crippling them and finding a permanent and lasting solution, and instead grab land in Gaza, then yes I will rescind my support for Israel, because then this was clearly an attempt to push the Palestinians out with no intent to actually find lasting solutions. But hopefully this time around there will be some sort of solution or atleast a serious attempt to work towards permanent peace. Otherwise all the lives lost on both sides would be meaningless.
