I don't understand your post. Going in blind versus having Terb with decent reviews by fellow members gives me better reliability and access to new talent I would have never discoverd on my own. Yes, Leolist is a shitshow, but that's why the reviews are important. And in addition, Terb members generally have a respect for each other in this community and regularly ask each other for help. I would only disparage those that ask for help but never post their own reviews. So I would say the social media benefits of Terb are good for the hobbying community. Plus I can still get a good body slide for $120...same price as pre-Covid.
One other plus...I use a burner phone and enjoy a higher degree of privacy than a hotel room call back.
I'm not sure what you could possible not understand about my post. I was just looking for clarity. Yours was confusing because you went into two different directions. On one hand you said it was better today but basically followed by saying how good it was back then.

CanBest was the first board I ever saw for the hobby. I was introduced to it by a dancer I was dating.
I think the complete opposite. Back then, yeah you were going in blind but as long as you weren't picking up an SP from some drug area, the scams were far and few between. Especially if you were picking one up at Jarvis and Gerrard.

Women use to advertise shoe shine services. They would work out of an apartment and offer shoe shines for $5. The only equipment they had was a shoe shine kit and a chair. The idea was that as the client sat in the chair they could look down at the woman's breast.
