I don't understand your post. Going in blind versus having Terb with decent reviews by fellow members gives me better reliability and access to new talent I would have never discoverd on my own. Yes, Leolist is a shitshow, but that's why the reviews are important. And in addition, Terb members generally have a respect for each other in this community and regularly ask each other for help. I would only disparage those that ask for help but never post their own reviews. So I would say the social media benefits of Terb are good for the hobbying community. I'm not sure what you could possible not understand about my post. I was just looking for clarity. Yours was confusing because you went into two different directions. On one hand you said it was better today but basically followed by saying how good it was back then.
