Ohhh dear, can they not address both at the same time? Again that is just a media from Sudbury. Should they ignore bike lanes from being reported and only concentrate on crimes?
What relevance do bike lanes in Toronto have to do with Sudbury?

Do the Toronto newspapers not report about crimes, major events, etc outside of the GTA? These news media will report everything that occurs not only in Ontario but Canada itself.
Is there a law against that?

No law against that. Just funny that they have one of the highest crime rates yet focus on Toronto bike lanes. Big news?

on the Ontario government web site concerning bike lane removal

there is a consultation time frame that closes on Nov.20

you can still post your comments there until then

after Nov.20 hopeful all bike lanes on 3 major streets will be removed

it will be a nice Christmas gift for Toronto commuters

DoFo just posts those for show, he won't change any policy.
His commute to Queens Park is Bloor to University so he just wants it faster.

Why is DoFo look 'immature' to you?
Maybe Dough Frod is immature, but DoFo?

Ford is premiere, he should stay the fuck out of city politics, he's screwed up the province enough and what he's doing to the city is a shit show.
Ontario Place, Science Centre, a tunnel under the 401?

The Bloor St bike lanes are always busy now, its really stupid to tear them down.

We got them in our small town. They are pretty much never ever used. Even on moderate temp non rainy days. Even worse, small town, you can go from edge to edge easily by bike.

I was in downtown Montreal, traffic blocked up real bad, rather warm but not excessively. Bike lanes also pretty much empty.

It was a retarded idea in the first place.
Yup, bike lanes are all over small towns in Ontario.

Everyone knows the idea was retarded. But it's all about money.

Consultants got paid millions to craft a scheme to launder tax player dollars and came up with 'bike lanes', then hired their friend's contractors who got paid more millions to build the bike lanes.

This is just an transparent example of government corruption, the fleecing of tax payer money right in front of everyone.

Nobody bats an eye over it.

You think bike lanes are expensive but don't have a problem with DoFo wasting money with the LCBO, Ontario Place, Science Centre or other giveaways like license plate renewal fees?

And you can bet that paint cost 10000x more than it would from any supplier outside of the government's supply chain.

Having worked in government, I've seen how money is spent.

Rampant corruption literally everywhere.

It is shutdown for scheduled maintenance. And DoFo isn't the only one who hasn't properly funded the TTC
True, Hulk Hogan also hasn't properly funded the TTC.
Except only one of those is premier and in charge of funding the TTC.
