Bla bla bla... Not everyone who votes conservative are "far right." Just like not everyone who votes liberal is "far left". I have no problem calling out any politician when I feel they make stupid decisions. What bothers me is that some people are so left or so right that they they can't even acknowledge a good idea, unless it comes from their party. That's really sad. Can't see the forest for the trees.
Do you think spending $1 billion to put beer in corner stores was smart?
Do you think giving LCBO profits that go to the province to 7/11 is smart?

Metrolinx quoted $20 million years ago, now the plans include buying property, 4 bridges and sound walls. How many of those are really part of the rail path costs? How much more expensive is this now that Tory's Fast track plan has squeezed the space that was available? Why is this under Metrolinx?

Its stupidly expensive.

$150 million for 2km. Even $23 is $22 million over budget. Just get those dudes with the rolling asphalt sealer cart to do the job. :ROFLMAO:

You should know by now that Frankfooter doesn't read any article that don't support his narrative. I'm not sure why we even bother pointing out facts to him. He'll just spew out the same old garbage. You could post a completely left wing article that refutes one of his claims, and he'll still tell you you're wrong. He should change his name from Frankfooter to Infalliblefooter...

BTW, if healthcare and everything else was so great in the province, why were the liberal kicked to the curb a couple elections ago?

Can't wait to see his head explode when we have a new Prime Minister. lol
Watching Failfooter trip over himself and fall on his face is like sport to me.

I read in a history book that Ontario used to have a Liberal party.
That's how "good" they were.

Did I say Wynn was the best at any time? All I said was that DOFO proving to be the worst. He does not have a proper education and was even an alleged street drug dealer!!
He really has come up with crap like a $1 beer. He has ballooned the deficit in spit of promising a surplus. We know that he comes up with hollow promises. Yet Healthcare lineups have got worse and worse under his watch.
Do you want a list of extremely intelligent and successful people who didn't have a proper education? Apparently that's one of your measures.

Alleged is the key word.

I think Wynne was the worst.

How would you like to settle this?

I know...how about whoever finds the most opinion polls that show which one was the worst wins?

Skoob posted a DoFo announcement that spending $230 million to cancel renewable contracts was really saving $700 million. It was in the article that he posted but he didn't read that the savings were from claimed sales in the future.
Cost avoidance.

I know...too heavy a basic economics concept for you to absorb.

So the fact that you browsed the ads this morning but decided not to see any providers means you now have $200 savings?
The fact that the stupid contracts the Liberals signed would have cost the province $millions unnecessarily is not something that was negotiable.

Jeezuz you are desperate.

Still trying to claim that spending $230 million to cancel contracts was saving money?
The only reason DoFo is going back to renewables is to spread more cash to one of his buddies.

DoFo lied to and said the province wouldn't pay for cancelling the contracts.
Premier Doug Ford promised that electricity ratepayers would not be on the hook for scrapping the wind farm, which was one of the first acts of his government after taking power in June 2018.

Are you speaking moistly for all peoplekind or are you just trying to understand the economy without using numbers?
What numbers have you used that reflect the actual performance of the economy. With inflation dropping and now this IMF forecast report:

Canada set to be fastest growing economy in G7 in 2025, IMF forecasts
Latest outlook puts this country ahead of United States and United Kingdom

What more numbers do I have to use?

When DOFO balloons the deficit and Healthcare is at it's worst we have ever seen in our lifetime, along with education infrastructure at it's poorest, what traits do I have to see, to believe that he is any better than Wynn?

I stick to what I said and supported why I said it.
You have done nothing other than armchair quarterback with zero factual info.
Move on.
This was a great move and you know it.
You should be blaming the previous government for such stupid contracts.

Like I said...do a search to get a broader opinion and then come back and show us how many put Wynne as the worst compared to anyone else.

All of that is speculation not fact.
If using unproven numbers is your thing, I would recommend using people instead of numbers like Trudeau does.

Every time DoFo wastes public money, like the $1 billion to put beer in corner stores, you cheer it on.
Then you complain that liberals spend too much.

When its posted how DoFo is selling off public assets to insiders you cheer it on with the weakest reasons.
Why do you like getting reamed up the arse with no lube by DoFo so much?

Today's scandal is DoFo making secret deals to keep natural gas prices high in Ontario.

Speculation is claiming a $700 million savings from imagined future costs.

Investment is different than wasting money like the Liberals did.
Saving money long term is a better strategy than printing money like the Liberals have done.
Reversing decisions is what governments are supposed to do if it was not the best decision for the time. (Just like you correct your mistakes when someone points them out to you)
Crying about the housing crisis then preventing the government from actually doing things to help the crisis in spite, is what you do.

Now why don't you go grab yourself a refreshing cocktail at your local convenience store and quit being so cranky.

Based on the contracts (ie real documents) and math, it's not speculation.

but tell me again how you don't support math in making predictions for things like, oh how about climate?

Or are you just tripping over your ol' hypocrisy again?

Show us the details.
Show us in the Ontario budget where there is evidence that money was saved.

You're not lying about this are you?
You have evidence to back up your claim?

None of that is relevant to DoFo wasting $1 billion on beer in stores, cancelling contracts he is now redoing, privatizing health care that makes services more expensive and less available, giving away Ontario assets and their profit to donors or anything else we've discussed here.

That's just you rambling aimlessly.
