Says someone who thinks they're entitled simply because one of their ancestors got lucky.
You really have difficulty seeing big picture concepts. The simplest statement one can make about a sense of entitlement in this context, based of empirical observation, is that we both think that we are entitled to the inheritance that my ancestors left me. You believe that you are entitled to appropriate it under colour of law and redistribute it as you see fit. I believe that those who produced the wealth are entitled to distribute it as they see fit (I.e. to their descendants).
The funny thing is that we are both driven by the same biological imperative to produce/capture resources. The fact that you see the ability to succeed at this as strictly a matter of luck is telling. While luck does play a part, organization and drive play a bigger part. Take the modern Saudis for example. Luck put them on top of a huge oil reserve. Intelligence and business acumen let them parley that luck into tremendous wealth. I don’t hear anyone talking about Arab privilege.
Every great society was started by a group of people that had a combination of engineering know how, logistical skill, drive and aggression (I.e. they were smart and they had their shit together). This can be seen in every society from the ancient Ethiopians, to the ancient Egyptians to the Chinese to the Aztecs. What we see in the modern world is the result of the Europeans having their shit together about 400 years ago. Had the Africans and North American Aboriginals had their shit just as together in that time frame, their descendants would be in a much better place right now. If we don’t get our shit together, our descendants will be in a much worse place.
