Not at all. And I will add that the discussion is going great. There is no fighting. Just talk. This is what I was hoping for and it is going wonderfully.I think somebody is trying hard to get things stirred up on here today.......

Read # 8 again...Where is the "Pretty" privilege on your list?
I am pleasantly surprised!
People are ignorant. Some wake up and some are just happy to stay in their ignorance.
Happy to? How about determined to?
I don’t see the ability to attract girls as a reason to call something privileged but that is just me.
Not just you, not sure about the height thing either myself...
Imho I think, and I believe many studies have shown (Google is your friend), that being a taller male has a primal effect on how others, both male and female, view those men. And it's not just sexual attractiveness.EDIT
I don’t know about that one. It doesn’t help with police, getting a job or an apartment and if it does, I think it would fall under attractiveness.

I argue it is more a class privilege than an actual racial / religious / identity etc oneSo there are actually a few types of privilege.
1. Race. Ie white privilege
2. Gender
3. Sexual orientation
4. Religious
5. Wealth
6. Gender Identity
7. Ability IE - abled body vrs disabled.
8. Not apart of the official list but adding attractiveness as well.
So if you are a heterosexual cis-white Christian wealthy man you have 6 types of privilege over others.
Do you believe this?
I wouldn't mind you holding my hand if you were going somewhere. Maybe you should find that old magazine article and dust it off and re read it. I don't automatically assume East Indians are muslims. I suppose I am not all that interested because stating the obvious or making blanket statements without any back up about something that doesn't really matter doesn't make for a meaningful debate.
I wish you can find that article. So there are actually a few types of privilege.

PS - poll is anonymous
Number 7 is those who are able bodied vrs the disabled. Meaning physically able or mentally able vrs those with physical or mental impairmentsI wish you can find that article.
Please explain # 7 "IE"
I agree # 8 it should be part of the list and add... LAST NAME. Yes there are societies / countries that discriminate against peoples' last name.
And also Religion or Any apparel that represent Religion or culture background will be judge against a person unless they are smart enough to leave it behind at home.
Height matters as other have mentioned.
Looks, how you dress and your face for sure matter.
And also accent/ voice. Man I work with some Asians that sometimes I have to ask for a repetition/ clarification, mind you these people are on the floor job position not office. Sometimes is not that they didn't learn the English language properly its just their origin language gives them difficulty, it gets in their way, or tongue twister and if they have a physical ailment and it can become harder. But they do their work properly and sometime above the line.
In the end society will always judge, it's part of the DNA. WE can only learn to managed it by will power. Some Stripper told about book written in 1912 stating that humans have not changed mentally.
Lmao. Is that what he meant? LOL. My bad.i.e. is the abbreviation for the Latin phrase id est, meaning “that is.”
