Bautista is hitting .500, Donaldson .667, Martin .500 and Pillar is hitting .333 against Gray. I say we have a decent shot of beating him if the bats can stay hot
When I think that you actually found it important enough to spend time to dig up a picture to try and insult me, especially because of a perceived weight issue I am even more impressed with you're intelliugence. Many people are judged by who their friends are. I also think that many are judged by who their friends ARE NOT. I am proud to admit that you don't like me.
I understand your points and the "prototypical lineup" ideas, but I A) prefer to go with a known quantity and B) believe that the prototype of the lineup has changed. More at bats for the better hitters is considered more important by many including myself. You're also proposing ways to "fix" the offense that is by far the best in baseball. Perhaps they are actually doing it right instead of doing it wrong.

I don't want to meet T Bay in important games. The Trop is a bizarre twilight zone of horrors for the Jays.
Teams will put speedster at the top when there is a need to manufacture runs through SB and hit and run type baseball.
This line up has no issues getting runs with the talent of the top 6 so it actually makes sense to let the hit hitters get more at bats and to have the possibility of driving in the speedsters during later at bats.
In a way you are both correct but Buster has the edge due to the present line up.
Personally I think they should consider shutting down Travis and getting this shoulder thing really looked at. I like Goins on D and his bat has been productive. Better to have him and his body truly healthy for next year at this point.

It's amazing how many people here want to keep changing the team.
They won't be satisfied until we have a roster of 9 gold glovers all hitting over .300 and for power.
Once again, instead of trying to be a GM, which no one here knows even 1% what's required, just sit back and be an ordinary fan. It's way more fun and you don't make yourself look ridiculous.
