Gay people are oppressed by all cultures, in all religions and in all countries to varying levels, and especially so in religious ones like Russia or many other Muslim countries. Even in countries like India, gay people face challenges, even though Hinduism is actually accepting of homosexuality and transgenderism. They faced challenges in Canada, and they face challenges and violence in the US. Muslim countries are no different.
If you only believe in taking out Hamas, then you should not have brought up the former argument about Muslim countries and gay people because we are talking about ending the war, and providing the Palestinians the freedom and sovereignty. But you want to delegitimize their calls for sovereignty and instead say "Oh gay people are oppressed" - which implicitly means you think that they should not have their own state, which consequently means that their oppression continues and they live as a subjugated people. So I am right in my judgement that what you are actually saying is: "You are arguing that just because gay people are oppressed in a country, the people of that country are inferior and should therefore be genocided, with no opposition".
