Probably 4 shots on (in, maybe?) goal.
Why don't you acknowledge the guys that are fighting the battles in the game.
It's a fucking war out there in case you haven't noticed and ALMOST everyone is sacrificing their bodies,
and clawing for territory and busting their asses, chasing pucks down, skating back, putting pressure on the other guys.
Can you really say that about Nylander?
Or are you just going to resort to your lame humour to gloat over your favorite player every time he scores a goal?

This is just to acknowledge Nylander because you know full well the haters wanted him to fail badly..
Have you never been criticized by your parents ? Did they never acknowledge when you did something good ? Did you really think they were haters and did that because they wanted you to fail badly ?

No, it's a hockey game.
Forget your bullshit semantics.
Answer the question, can you say the same about Nylander?

Yes. He had to float in the dirty area, a foot or two in front of Price. He can score 100 goals, he still doesn't play the game the way it's supposed to be played.
Yea, well let me know when he scores 100 goals, or 50, or even 40, or even gets close to being a point a game player.

I don't see it mandrill, not saying he was bad or wouldn't take his goal, just not a performance worthy of getting his tires pumped to rub in people's faces.
Kerfoot and Galchenyuk drove the play all night, that's what stood out to me.
Marner was a monster on the forecheck and PK, that's what stood out to me.
Matthews is Matthews, nough said.
The defence was amazing, great structure and discipline under heavy pressure, that's what stood out to me.

And Willy is a finisher. Not everybody has that talent. Teams need to have players with different skill sets. They can't all play the same style.

Agreed, but he's finishing off of everyone else's efforts and he gets his tires pumped. They would have won without him yesterday, they wouldn't have won without all the work everyone else put in.

Willie def. has played well, scoring the first goal to get the team pump - that's big time in the playoffs.

Willy was pretty damn good out there tonight.
He's doing this without Tavares and Foligno. His intended linemates. Both captains this year.
He's doing this with a 3rd line center and a winger who passed through waivers this year.
A cast off from Montreal no less.

I know the Nylander deniers don't want to hear this but on his goal from Craig Button's analysis Nylander engages and wins a puck battle behind his own net. Puck goes to Muzzin who makes pass to Kerfoot who skates up ice with Gally. Nylander comes from behind his own net to score the goal. Sorry, I meant to say Nylander floated from behind his own net to score the goal.
