We know that Musk screwed up big time in the manner that he blatantly shut down Civil Service Departments one after the other with the help of the most incompetent staffing!!
One example is that those Seniors and others such as handicapped individuals requiring this Social Security, have to either apply online or appear in person at the limited staffed offices. Their Identities can no longer be verified at the phone call centres. Several of these offices have been shut down, meaning that these Seniors or handicapped ones now have to travel some long distances to the limited number of offices. This is beyond ridiculousness!!
