Got to love their menu - designed to be complicated so the server "designs" something for you.
Over priced given the quality. Drinks after work - great place to unwind.
Yep. The big firms will do a check before or after they hire you as an articling student and make a decision right before they decide on who will become an associate - regardless of how good you are or your marks coming out of school. Not sure if the BAR will not grant you the right to...
The reality is that this money will be invested outside an RSP which means that any appreciation will be taxable. Now, safe investments (i.e GIC's and MMF's) will generate interest income which is taxed at 100%.
My suggestion is to use the ING route rather than a MMF - yields will be similar...
Considering going out east and playing Fox Harbour GC (North of Halifax). Also would like to know if there are any good SP's in the area.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Go check out Piccadilly Circus. Lots to do there. The first time I was there, I was picked up by a "tour guide" who showed me all the "good spots".
Take the underground train as it will be much cheaper than a taxi - depending on where you're staying.
U of T has tried very hard over the past 3 years to attract some new talent (prof's) with not much luck. Western, Queen's, & McGill are top in my opinion with international recognition. If you had to choose, go with one of these.
I post this request as a last resort. Tried doing a search several times however it doesn't like "st" in St. Catharines.
Anyhow, can anyone recommend anything in St. Catharines? Any good MP's as well?
Thanks.
