Insider trading at work?

Some insiders sold significant amounts of stock just before the release of bad news, an earnings warning.
They claim it was pure coincidence.
The stock went on to tank around 50% in a couple of days.
One of the greedy idiots went so far as to buy some Put options.
These are bets that the share price will go down.
The CEO KY HO gave his wife a large block of stock and he claims he doesn't tell her any company related information and she sells on her own.
Unfortunately these despicable lowlife criminals will receive a minor slap on the wrist.
Quite often they just have to give back some of the money they stole.

actually, insider trading is a big thing now. Many guys who are charged with insider trading end up getting criminal lawyers because they know they face some hard lock up if convicted. I hope these bastards go to jail for a long time. I do a bit of trading and it pisses me off that these guys have unfair advantage.
