Lol, just as I said, buy some equipment, a taskforce(fentynal czar) and promises.

Glad to see the nation stand strong. Trudeau finally got it right, after his ring kissing at Mara Lago before. Doug Ford did too.

In the end I think the real pressure came from Congress. Too narrow a margin to piss off anyone and lots of donors would have been hit. It was an exercise in brinkmanship. Trump had to blink.
Doug Ford got it right?

Ya gotta be kidding.

His whole, "I need a 17-month early, unlegislated for, unneeded, unwanted and unwarranted cynical and self-serving election scheme/caper/bamboozle/con was totally based upon his baseless premise that he needs a new mother of all new mandate majorities so that he can sit down, and faux-negotiate, fraudo-a-fraudo with his equivalent dunce south of the border on behalf of Ontarians who when it comes down to it he could shit all about

Now, that his whole f*cken early election charade has been exposed. WTF is this $3.4billion election and bribe really about, except for personal gain.

TRUDEAU Bends The Knee, Canada Will Send 10,000 Troops To Border, Name Fentanyl Czar To Delay Trump Tariffs: https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/trade-war-over-mexican-president-says-tariffs-delayed-month-after-deploying-10000-troops
More of why trump loves the poorly educated.

You say that Canada is sending 10,000 troops to the border and your own headline that you posted says that it's Mexico that is sending 10,000 troops.

People who are poorly educated are easier to manipulate. They never learned how to think critically, for themselves.

He wasn't in office and he wasn't talking to Trudeau. How would we know what the fuck he wants?

That's why it's joint. We're Allies and work together. Like where does he want reinforcement deployed? How are we share intel? What measured do we take? This is a lot of work and coordination.

What do you think this is kid, a Lego set?
We're allies but trusy was too busy bashing Trump. In fact his campaign was "do not vote for peepee because he's literally Trump"...welp...

Sad state of affairs. Only Canadians could be so befuddled to be mad at the leader of another country for putting his country's best interest as his priority. Why do you think they elected him in the first place? 🤦‍♂️ Trump's playing chess, Trudeau's playing checkers.
Trump is little more than a disgruntled preteen girl with a handful of pills at this point. Nobody believes chicken little anymore

he did fuck up with this blackmail it seems. Nevertheless…

For a dictator to implement Nazi-like policies—meaning extreme authoritarianism, militarization, suppression of dissent, and potentially genocidal policies—a combination of factors is required, not just raw percentage support. However, historical examples suggest a rough threshold of support needed among key societal groups.
Key Considerations:
1. Elite Support (Military, Police, Bureaucracy, Business, Media)
• A dictator needs the backing of the security forces and administrative machinery. Even with only 30-40% popular support, control over these institutions can allow for oppressive policies.
2. Active Loyalist Base
• In Nazi Germany, the Nazi Party never had a majority in free elections. Hitler came to power with about 33% of the vote in 1932 but later consolidated control by outlawing opposition and using force.
• A dedicated 25-35% of the population providing active ideological and logistical support (militias, informants, enforcers) can make up for lack of majority consent.
3. Passive Acquiescence
• Many citizens don’t need to actively support dictatorship; they just need to tolerate or rationalize it. Fear, propaganda, or economic stability can ensure that even if only 20-30% strongly support the regime, another 40-50% may remain passive, unwilling to resist.
4. Suppression of Opposition
• If opposition is crushed early—through censorship, arrests, and fear tactics—the need for majority support diminishes. If 10-20% of the population is willing to openly resist, but the regime neutralizes them quickly, dictatorship can sustain itself even with minority backing.
Estimated Thresholds for a Nazi-Like Regime

• Hardcore Supporters (Ideologically Committed): ~25-35%

• Passive Acquiescence (Going Along to Avoid Trouble): ~40-50%

• Active Resistance (Willing to Risk Lives to Oppose): <20%

Thus, a dictator could enforce Nazi-like policies with as little as 25-35% committed support, provided the rest of society is neutralized through fear, propaganda, or apathy. Majority approval is not necessary—control over key institutions and suppression of dissent are far more critical.

There's too much Trudeau Derangement Syndrome on this board.

I'm more concerned that Apartheid Nazi Elon Musk has control of the US Treasury. He may unseat Jerome Powell replacing him with Lauren Boebert as Chief of the Federal Reserve. I support Doug Ford in terminating the Starlink deal, if he changes his mind I'll campaign against him.

For those of you suffering from TDS, Worf has the solution!

Update: I heard he changed his mind, the Starlinks deal is on...that could cost him the election.

#BREAKING: CANADA HAS FOLDED TO TRUMP’S DEMANDS Canada will be implementing a $1.3 BILLION border plan, reinforcing the border with new choppers, technology, and personnel They will also appoint a Fentanyl Czar, list cartels as terror*sts, ensure 24/7 eyes on the border, launch a Canada-U.S. Joint Strike Force to combat organized crime, fentanyl and money laundering. Trudeau has also signed a new intelligence directive on organized crime and fentanyl and Canada will be backing it with $200 million. WE CAN’T. STOP. WINNING!
🔥
Tariffs will now be paused for 30 days to give Canada a chance to implant these new plans.

Usually it's a problem for me when someone answers a question with a question. In this case, you nailed the response.
