The only way to get through to Trump is not tell him that the economies of both nations would suffer but to tell him how it would make him look.

I didn't mean hang out at Mar-a Lago. Simply have cordial relationships.

Remember, Trump didn't tank the Canadian dollar and cause the Canadian economic stagnation. I suspect Trump might be helping the Liberals at the margins. It takes their mind off of other things for a little while.
