Did a judge rule and call him a rapist or order him to pay $80 million for slandering a victim?
What makes you think that makes Trudeau a sack of shit but not trump?
He was just better at sweeping it under the rug. It's a well known fact that he did it, there is just no proof left to be found.

You're saying you have never seen proof but are totally, absolutely positive there is some, somewhere.

That's the thing, it tends to be hard to convict someone for murder without a body. Does that mean they didn't commit murder, or did they just cover their tracks well?

So you're saying there is also no victim, along with no evidence.
But you are super sure, totally convinced, 100% positive, that something happened.

There certainly is a victim, however like most victims she want to avoid being identified. On top of that she undoubtedly signed an nda when jt gave her a cash settlement. He man, don't worry, I get it. The Kool Aid is very strong. It was designed that way. You're powerless against it. You just keep on kissing your jt poster before you go to bed and tell yourself he's a flawless human being. I hope he runs again. I'm sure he can get elected a second time, right?🤣🤣🤣

This gets better and better.

So you're sure there is a victim but don't know who she is. You're sure there was a settlement but you don't know how much, who it was paid to or when it happened.
There is zero evidence to back up any of this other than some cult like, magical thinking, total fantasy thinking of someone who is the world's easiest mark.

And you want everyone on the board to know that absolutely, totally, know exactly what you are talking about and are always totally in the know.

No. What I'm sure of is the fact that Justin Trudeau is a great man. A great leader. A great father. A great husband and the best Prime Minister Canada has ever seen. It's just really sad that he's so misunderstood and unfairly judged. If people would just take the time to get to know him they would see what you and me do. That he's God's favorite person. Mmmmm. Was that Kool Aid?🥤🤮🤣🤣🤣🤣

Run away.

Next topic.
How many of the 54 things trump promised to do on day 1 will he accomplish?

Knowing our current Canadian rules would really help you out as you try to defend an incoming Conservative government. This has been in place under our current LIBERAL Federal government.

I was aware of Canada's efforts to limit foreign real estate investment, but that wasn't the discussion. You stated that the Federal govt. does not have a say in housing. I simply gave examples of how the Federal govt. has major impacts on housing. It seems you have also given examples here.

NOW the reality regardless of which party is in power. BUILDERS are not building because of carrying costs, building costs and current market values.
See here, I agree with you to some extent. However, Canadians are frustrated with Trudeau's administration. It's Poilievre's turn to manage the economy and see if he can impact housing at the margins. When markets are impacted at the margins, it can deliver big enough changes in volume to impact pricing.

I'll just leave this here for you

I basically said we have to look at specific policies to determine if Biden and Trudeau hindered fossil fuel production and investment. Biden banned LNG exports to Europe. This will hinder the U.S. energy production and investment. That's just an objective fact.

I think Biden did not ban exports. They paused some of the applications for new receivers as they evaluated them, and it did not disrupt the previously authorized. According to the US DOE own website (from about a year ago, so maybe I missed an update which I currently cannot find):
"The temporary pause in reviewing new non-FTA (Free-Trade Agreement) export applications. It will not affect operating LNG facilities or additional already authorized LNG exports. It will not disrupt projects under construction."

Again, maybe I missed an update..
