So you agree that the US is not an open border nation then because if someone is here illegally it means there is a legal process to be followed (which they did not) before coming in. Correct?
So your initial statement about the dems supporting open borders was a lie.
Also, if migrants were allowed in, then they are not illegal.
That is a legal process that got them in.
You can debate whether or not such programs should exist, which is fair.
But they are not illegal.
Which is why Trump had a remain in Mexico policy for asylum seekers. And separating children from parents. And cages.
All of which deterred irregular border crossings during his administration. And which were all rolled back under Biden.
Your whole premise is on the flawed foundation that Democrats enforce the law.
Illegal immigrants are exactly that, illegals. They have to go back.
You said it yourself, No Visa No Stay. It's Democrats that keep blocking and trying to change rules to get illegals in.

Trump got away with the "remain in Mexico" policy because of the COVID emergency. When Biden tried to keep the policy in place, the courts over ruled him and said the policy was no longer legal.

Every couple of weeks, he'll make a big announcement of how he's going to kick out the illegals. And then he won't do any of it.
Because it's a joke he plays on the people who vote for him and he laughs at you...
He will get bogged down in the courts and with the associated logistics of "rounding up" millions of people.
And then he will do something for the optics and claim his big victory and you guys will buy into that too.
