The question was about the legality of using human shields. I'm not a lawyer. So as you notice, I most certainly did NOT talk about its' legality. And if you aren't a lawyer either, then take your own advice.

3) Israeli settlers instigated the Hamas response with 233 terrorist attacks in 2023 followed by an attack on the Al Aqsa
4) Netanyahu ordered the IOF away from Gaza that week.
5) Israel ok'd a rave next door to a concentration camp
6) Hamas attacked and managed to escape the concentration camp for the first time
7) Israel responded using the Hannibal Doctrine killing Hamas and Israeli civilians
8) Israel then responded with one year of genocide
We don't know how many civilians were killed by Hamas on Oct 7 and how many were killed by Israel.
Charge Hamas for targeting civilians once you do know and charge Israel with also killing civilians, the illegal occupation, apartheid and genocide.
