They took Israel to the ICC and ICJ repeatedly years ago but the cases have been stalled by the US and Israel. Palestinians protested every Friday for almost a year in Gaza and Israel responded by using snipers to kill 200 and injure 14,000 more. Palestinians have tried every option over the years.
The illegal occupation only ends when the occupier ends it or the international community forces them to end it.
