Hate speech laws and hate speech definitions are set by each individual country, not the UN. Do you think that hate speech laws in Canada are the same as in N. Korea. Meanwhile, closer to home:

What is the legal definition of hate speech in Canada?

Willful promotion of hatred is a criminal offence in Canada. Willful promotion of hatred means to make “statements” in public that willfully or intentionally promote hate against an “identifiable group.” Unlike public incitement of hatred, willful promotion of hatred does not have to involve a breach of the peace.

In light of Canada's definition of hate speech, I can now completely understand why you get so upset when somebody asks you a personal question and you accuse people of trying to out you.
You are promoting genocide, hammy, its you that is guilty of hate speech.
The punishment is up to 5 years, hammy.

318 (1) Every one who advocates or promotes genocide is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.
Definition of genocide
(2) In this section, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy in whole or in part any identifiable group, namely,
(a) killing members of the group; or
(b) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction

There are no biological races of humans, hammy.
Race is not defined by genetics, but by culture, religion and geography. And sometimes by skin colour, though that changes over generations as well.
Nothing to debate here. I proved that you referred to Jews a race. Now you laughingly, and poorly, try to walk it back.

You can define race by religious beliefs, hammy.
What's your point?
My point is that you and I have both now said that Kautilya is dead wrong when he declares that Jews are not a race. The 2 posts of yours I reposted a while ago show that, when you referred to Jews as a race.

And now you reaffirm it once again by directly contradicting him with this post above. He is adamant that Jews are not a race because Judaism is based on religion and you just said the opposite. You just said that religion is a very valid measure by which to define a race.

Thanks for your support.

Do you think ignorance will work as your defence of pushing genocide, hammy?
Please Geno, we were talking about the definition of hate speech and here you are again talking about genocide. You keep showing how my nickname for you is soooo PERFECT. Nobody refers to genocide more than you.

A reminder, hammy.
Promoting genocide is a federal offence that could land you up to 5 years in jail.

The UN has reported Israel is committing genocide and you are willfully promoting this genocide.

What's the UN's policy on hostages?

I know article 3 of the Geneva Convention prohibits taking hostages...but can't find anything from the UN. Can you help? You seem to know the UN policies very well.

You have to go through the hundreds of resolutions that Israel hasn't abided by first, then add in the UN reports saying the occupation is illegal, Israel is apartheid and committing genocide. Then you can get to the UNSC ordered ceasefire that Israel ignored that would have lead to the hostages being released.

You fell on your face there, skoob.

So you're justifying hostage taking despite it being against the Geneva convention and think that months later they aren't being released because Israel won't let them?

Are you really that broken you can't see the stupidity in your thinking?

You're bringing up the Geneva Conventions, skoob?
Under the Geneva Conventions Israel does not have a right to self defence against the people they occupy, they have a moral duty for their well being.
The blockade is against the Geneva Conventions, that's a 17 year infraction, a large part of why Hamas is rebelling against the illegal occupation.

Taking hostages is a war crime, as are 'administrative detentions' by Israel and arresting children.
If you back the Geneva Conventions explain why you think Israel is exempt.

Oh, it's not stupidity. He knows what he's saying.

Where he's stupid is that he thinks that he's smarter than everyone else and that we'll buy his BS. We're not as stupid as he thinks we are.
