I think the article and Twitter thread say that. They also say that Israel supplies 50% of Gaza's electricity free of charge and that this had now been cut. And that HAMAS' leadership is so corrupt and incompetent that it loots international aid to build primitive assinine weapons and bunkers and purchase to luxuries for the leaders.
