I don't understand how David Frost's brother-in-law (who he's very close with) is allowed to ref a game against one of Frost's arch enemies in Sheldon keef.

Seems like some kind of conflict of interest.

Leafs down 4 heading into the 3rd. Time to send a statement.

I want to see them goon it up. Marner and Nylander need to pound the snot out of Maroon and Hedman. Soften them out for the rest of the series.
Are you being sarcastic?
My Grandmother and her friend down the street would hold their own against them. If you let them get a kitchen knife then the Leafs would have 18 million to play with next year.

Someone is taking talking heads like Jeff O'Neill and running with it.
The series against Columbus could have went either way. It was that close. Muzzin got injured and that was the end of it.
The series with Montreal could have went either way. It was that close. Leafs scored more goals in fact and were up 3 to 1. Lost OT goals in games 5 and 6. Tavares injured, Foligno injured. Muzzin injured again and didn't play game 7.
The series with TB could have went either way. It was that close. Even in almost everthing including total goals. Their 4th line consisted of Clifford and Simmonds. Big, heavy, bangers. They were terrible. How many more of them do you need for your proof?
Before that they were underdogs to heavy underdogs and Kadri was suspended for both of them vs Boston.

It's laughable for that someone to bring up his old thread and proclaim victory because some talking head said so.
More than anything they lost because they lacked depth. Bringing in Marincin is not depth. Hence why they added 3 defensemen this year and signed Knies. Another reason would be their PP. Excellent in the regular season and terrible in the playoffs.

... and O'Rielly is not a banger. He is a skill player. 5 hits in 13 Leaf games.
now you know why people like myself cant stand your team and fan base. its ALWAYS excuses, ALWAYS. there is a couple of people in this thread that understand the game, mr K Douglas come to mind. but clowns like you, make the otherslook bad. you talk about stepping up your defence, and being more pysical. tell me how HOLL does not lay out perry on that first leaf goal:unsure:

Bunting is a puke, that will never back up his play. i think he gets at least 2 games. Bruce Boudreau your new next coach. i think there is a few on here that would agree.

i think the leafs, marner and matthews, and bill nylander need to maybe look over their shoulders after what bunting did to that kid.

It's just the first game. Tampa was ready for it and the Leafs were not. No one was calling for a sweep and home ice isn't as big as the media makes it out to be. Look for the Leafs to rebound in game 2 and win.

If you look at the leadership in that locker room, ROR, Tavares, GIO, Accairi, and Schenn they should bounce back. Maybe Spezza should give a speech in the locker room.

yeah Keefe testified against him. Frost is apparently close with his brother-in-law Wes McCauley who is refereeing the series. I don't see how that's fair.

Isn't it just peachy that the Leafs signed retreads again.

Instead of using the season to season their young goalies the Leafs sign a brittle flake and a Russian who's now 1-6 in the Playoffs. What's the point in drafting goalies just to destroy their confidence.

BBL may have a point, McCabe stood his man up at the blue line, no indication of an elbow.

The guys on the ESPN panel said the second period might have been the worst officiating they've ever seen.

Hockey Canada has become a "Good ol Boy" outfit, it needs to be purged like the CSA was in the 00's.David Frost and Graham James are snakes that the developmental system hasn't fully dealt with. The problem is, you can't talk to hockey players about it, they are in denial.

My memory is foggy, are there two Sheldon Keefes? One of them got thrown under a bus by Theoren Flury.

You must be thinking of Sheldon Kennedy.
