Jett Alexander the EBUG and goalie for UofT played the last 70 seconds of the game. A great moment he will remember for sure.
Did he actually do anything? I saw the puck ring around the boards and he didn't leave his crease.
That would have been his one and only opportunity to touch the puck.

The Habs didn't even try to get a shot on him, they were happy to tank for Bedard. If it was Tampa, they would try to bully the kid.

Probably a publicity stunt between HNIC and MLSE. Keefe said it wasn't his decision to put him in but the kid will remember that night forever as he knows he will never make the NHL.

Maybe it was simple a goodwill gesture to the kid. He may never get up to the show again.

70 seconds is good. Tony Esposito's name is on the Stanley Cup and I think he never actually stepped on the ice in a game during the Finals.

JT scores the OT winner, Samsonov stole the game.

Tavares was at the tail end of a very long shift and Tkachuk, who had the inside track, couldn't chase him down.
He looked like he waving for a line change.

I didn't see Maroon throw one punch. He looked like he was just hanging on and that was it.
I didn't think Bunting fights but good on him for taking on Perry.

Will the Leafs sign or try to sign Toews? He is past his best before date but that has never stopped the Leafs from signing players past their prime before?

Knies is staying at Tavares' house so Knies doesn't have to get a hotel. Tavares' Mansion basement is a lot larger than a hotel room.

The Lightning had a $95mm payroll when the Habs played them in the Cup finals a couple of year ago.

Is there still no salary cap in the playoffs?

I think Tavares lives in the High Park area, not too far from where Borje Salming lived.
