So, your concern is the reporting, not the fact that the "social worker" hired by the board violated board policies,
secretly transitioning a young girl without the parents' knowledge.
You think he should still keep his job with the board, or are you still worried about the maga dad?
His concern is about the reporting because we don't actually have good reporting about what happened.

People dont think about the fact that a 13 year old is very impressionable.

Many kids in my school - boys were effeminate, girls were tomboyish. But this sort of culture didn't exist then. They eventually grew up into cis men and women and are happy with families and kids. You dont put ideas into a 13 year old kids head, in this day and age with the kind of woke culture that dominates our schools and colleges. Wait, watch and if at a legal age they are still feeling that way, then yes, go ahead and do whats right for you. And keep parents informed. Dont know why this is unacceptable.

I take it from this you believe in the "social contagion" theory of transness?

Or they grow up to be closeted republicans.
Or they transitioned in their 30s, 40s, or 50s and had it much much harder.

The idea that all the tomboy girls or effeminate boys just happily went on to remain cis is a weird kind of delusion.
Did some? Of course! Lots did. Lots will continue to do so. (The idea that trans acceptance means butch lesbians will cease to exist is ridiculous.)
Others saw no other way forward and learned about the option of transitioning much later.
"When we made sure to apply lots of pressure to make an option unavailable, fewer people took the option we made harder to choose" isn't actually the massively convincing argument some people seem to think it is.

Being left handed used to be stigmatized and "corrected".
We stopped doing that and the number of left handed people shot up.
So weird.
So inexplicable.
So dangerous to society.

Do you really think an "impressionable" young person can be talked into becoming gay or trans.
Yes, they do.
Which, in and of itself, isn't crazy.
People can be talked into cults and other nonsense as well.

The question is whether this is happening in great numbers and whether you think being anything other than cis-het is like being recruited into a cult or not.

How much you think "young people are being talked/pressured into becoming gay or trans" tends to have a strong correlation to "how bad a thing you think it is that people are gay or trans".

None of that. It means just give it time and dont put pressure one way or another. How would the parents be kept informed without them talking about it? Let them make a decision when they reach legal age.
So you other than the school not telling the mom about the binder, you completely support the kid socially transitioning at school?
Your problem is that the school may have taken steps to reduce the mom's ability to pressure her kid into choosing to be cis?

There is no further debate if you continue to engage in dishonestly misinterpreting, extrapolating and spinning my words. I have done that once before and wont go down that rabbit hole again.

Try rephrasing your post.

The policy is unconstitutional and infringes on parents right and authority.
Except it clearly doesn't, no matter how much you pretend. In fact in Canada at least, the child's right to privacy in issues like this are explicitly protected in the Charter.

I disagree with you here.

You have to understand something, they absolutely know a 13 year old child is impressionable. They know EXACTLY what they are doing.

They understand to get this gender thing off the ground, access to the kids at an early is a dire step.

But what happens is they get so caught up in being Morally Superior to others, simple logic and common sense gets disregarded.

Which makes it a good thing that the school worker suggested clothing instead of any kind of medical intervention. You should be praising them.
It's done. He broke the law and school policy. The argument is over. Everything I said was true. He should lose his job, but won't

But the thing is government, schools, businesses and law makers have been infiltrated. So who knows what the future will bring.

Just like when parent told kinds don't take candy from strangers, they will have to do instruct in a similar fashion regarding non-academic topics in school.

Fine.
What, then, other than the fact they didn't tell the parent, do you object to in what the school did?
What part violated your "watch and wait" approach?

Oh, so you are just flat out "The Queers are recruiting".

Got it.

If you take Rufo's "expanded definition" of Grooming seriously (which you shouldn't, since it is obviously just like his CRT thing and an attempt to jumble together things to allow broader lines of attack on things he doesn't like) then yes, this would absolutely fall under that definition.

But they don't want to take that seriously, they want to push "The Queers are recruiting because otherwise they can't get this gender thing off the ground".

What law did he break, exactly?

Oooh, who are the puppetmasters in this "infiltration"!?

Just like when parent told kinds don't take candy from strangers, they will have to do instruct in a similar fashion regarding non-academic topics in school.
Just home school your kids, I guess.
You'll be happier.

I saw what you originally posted.

Why did you change the word Trans to Queers?

You're wrong on so many levels I can't even keep count.
I changed it because it feels like a more accurate representation of your position.
I very much doubt you only meant trans people there, since those arguments are just the old recycled ones from "we can't have gay people around".
