Even with affirmative action it has never been based strictly upon race just as it has never been just about academic merit. Most business and professional schools require an essay of some sort and evidence of community service or involvement etc.

To get into a good school in the future you will need to get party approval. The party will also have to approve all textbooks and decide who gets to teach.
