shouldn't they have tried harder to sign Ray?]
A resounding NO.

Ray was 12-12 this year, which coincidentally was his ERA for today's game in which the Jays kicked his ass for 4 runs in 3+ innings.

Last year was his career year. An outlier of a year.

I predict that Berrios will have a bounce back year next year. He will return to form.

Last night I came home from the shit show Jays game, so I decided to watch the 2015 Jose Bautista backflip game against Texas. What intensity existed in that entire game even before the seventh inning. It reminded me…. Jose Bautista was such a bad ass, this was before the Oudor punch that humbled him. I really hope Jose Bautista ends up on that level of excellence. He brought such attitude to the Blue Jays.

I don’t feel like this team has that attitude. That bad ass intensity. I would love to see some bad asses in the batters box. I remember last season, Vladimir Guerrero was staring down pitchers that would pitch him inside. But then the guy starts hugging everybody at first base from the opposing team lol. I really miss that bad ass Jose Bautista intensity.

It's over, what a disappointing season, bullpen sucks, they blew an 8-1 lead, Romano is not an elite closer

What a disappointing game after leading 8 - 1 after 6 innings.
Totally agree with funstick. Bullion. Blew it big time.
Until next year…

I don’t think so. Not officially. I saw him in the world tournament playing for Dominican within the past year with the bat speed of a turtle.

….he’s really not. He is a Mary Browns chicken shit idiot. A clumsy doofus. Even I could steal on his back leg trigger giveaway. And I have a bad ankle problem. Oh my God even Andy Petit would’ve been throwing 97 miles an hour on today’s guns.

And this folks is why you don't go out of the dugout for curtain calls when you are only up 4 runs and the game isn't even half over.

While I'm at it......Burn that stupid home run jacket!

As a Yankee fan I feel for the Toronto faithful. That was painful to watch.

How long is Springer going to last playing centre at this injury rate?

They might as well have put in Berrios tonight. Bullpen was awful.

What a collapse - tbh - if you can't win by scoring 9 runs - you deserve to lose. Plus the fact no one is getting by the Astros.
