Jared Kelenic belongs in the 'biggest busts' thread; .168 career batting average in 500 at-bats, .141 in 163 this year. Marginally above one strikeout every three at-bats, career. He was a top ten Major League prospect when he moved from the Mets in the Edwin Diaz-Robinson Cano trade, and he's starting for the Mariners. Maybe he has a photograph of the team owner in bed with a goat. Next stop...the Japanese league, or possibly the Italian, if he does any worse.
you can't call him a bust just yet, he's still young.

That's the thing with Manoah, a lot of times his first inning , he is bad with his control, unfortunately he gave up 3 runs, Since the first he has been great.

I went to the game today. It was a shit game. You just have that vibe of Seattle playing sound baseball that will beat you. No rallies no nothing. Just shut down baseball. I could’ve saved my dollar and watched that shit show at home. Lol.

Imagine Ray winning tomorrow. Blue Jays get eliminated by the guy they let walk.

Shack was right. It was a painful game to watch. Feel bad for Philip and other Jays fans who witnessed it in person after paying big bucks. Not liking their chances now. Gausman's getting the ball tomorrow. Hope his finger in healed. Vladdy and Teoscar have to hit. Both went 0-4.

Turn out the lights. They’re done.
Can’t beat Ray tomorrow.

Do you watch baseball?? You know Ray has average at best this year right??? You do realize Gausman's been a much better pitcher then Ray has this year right??

Man BJ fans are quick to quit.

Ray had an up and down season.......Why is it an automatic that he will own your team?

I predict the jays will have him gone by the 4th.

Didn't see this but I just posted pretty much the same thing. It's not just BJ fans, its a Toronto sports thing. Leafs win a game, people start planning the parade. They loose a game, and every player should be traded and shipped out of town.

This is even more pathetic seeing as our starting pitcher tomorrow is better then theirs, we have a better offense, and a better bull pen, but the TERB baseball experts have already sealed the Jays fate.

This is so true. You see what the Maple Leafs have done to everyone? They have fucked everyone’s heads right up. It’s a miracle we lost that 90s obsession with hockey toughness…… wait, no, they gotta be “playoff tough.”

…..still got it lol.

What do you think the Blue Jays need to do in the off-season?
Last night I came home from the shit show Jays game, so I decided to watch the 2015 Jose Bautista backflip game against Texas. What intensity existed in that entire game even before the seventh inning. It reminded me…. Jose Bautista was such a bad ass, this was before the Oudor punch that humbled him. I really hope Jose Bautista ends up on that level of excellence. He brought such attitude to the Blue Jays.

I don’t feel like this team has that attitude. That bad ass intensity. I would love to see some bad asses in the batters box. I remember last season, Vladimir Guerrero was staring down pitchers that would pitch him inside. But then the guy starts hugging everybody at first base from the opposing team lol. I really miss that bad ass Jose Bautista intensity.

100% I'm a firm believer that teams should not fraternize with the opposition, Donaldson was a bad ass also.
Manoah was told not to stare at home plate when he's rubbing up a fresh ball, I miss that, he should get back to it if the Jays survive the Mariners, and
ditch the fuck'n HR jacket.

Josh Donaldson, he no Garrit Cole.

Do you remember what he did after Jose got sucker punched by Odor? The video of the altercation doesn't show it, Donaldson came in like Macho Man Savage off the top rope. This is why he's loved in this city.

He was good in Vikings as well.
