Well he were go. I didn't realize just how bad Mrazek is. Hopefully this kid has something.
Matthews - what a fucking crybaby! Yes, Chychrun held him up a bit along the boards (but barely), but instead of staying with his man, he pulled out his mouthguard to whine to the refs and stopped playing the game. In that split second, Chychrun skated away up ice uncovered by any Leaf in the 2 on 1 and wound up scoring the winning goal. 100% Matthews' fault - you can't let emotion take you out of the play at a critical time. It cost the Leafs in an embarrassing way tonight.
Totally embarrassing. Regardless of the call or non-call Matthews quit skating and let his man go in 3 on 3 hockey, leading to the winning goal.
Any coach with self respect would bench him the next game.
He didn’t look like an NHL player, he looked like a drama Queen.
Against a team like Phoenix, the Leafs should not be in a position where a blown call costs them the game.
The answer to that is Mrazek. Good team crap goalie.
Did you see the first goal? Blocker stop rebound right to the slot and he's nowhere in sight.
Did you see the second goal? Slow roller drops his stick.
Mrazek has 10 wins and 5 losses with a .890 save percentage
That is an amazing record with such a crap goalie.

I see nothing of interest in this Robertson kid with what the Leafs have going on. Move him before anyone else catches on, include Holl, and try to get a real goalie.
No...the worse teams are capable of winning games, the best teams can lose games...

Those days of Potvin, Cujo and The Eagle are long gone. I would give EK50 a chance though. Looked great yesterday.
He got hooked and his stick grabbed...video doesn’t lie...I guess he should have thrown himself on the ice and sold a call.
As far as giving up, those guys were gone...
