A lot of changes coming in the off-season. Who goes in the expansion draft? Leafs have like 3 picks at this year's draft as they traded their Number 1 pick for Foligno who will probably sign with Columbus. Will there be changes in management.

Good for you. I hadn’t made any major event prediction since I called a land slide win for Hillary Clinton and this time again I picked with my heart. I suck as a prognosticator and lucky that I’m not a gambler.
Hey. All the betting pros and all the journalist "experts" had Leafs as significant favourites.

Didn't Tampa just reverse a policy to not allow 'opposing sweaters' in Premium Seating areas after a video went out of their staff bullying a Florida Panthers fan & his son? Or, maybe the other way around?
can confirm it was Tampa that did that.

Campbell was good but Price was spectacular. That was the difference in the series. No surprises on how Montreal was going to play the series. Play tight D. Their top 4 was solid. Rely on Price and rely on turnovers for rush goals. First game Thornton 2 turnovers was the difference. 5th and 6th games OT turnovers were the difference. 7th game Price and the D was the difference. The first goal was also off a turnover

Their PP was terrible for 3 months and didn't change in the playoffs.
Missing Muzzin was a big blow. They wouldn't have gotten far without Muzzin regardless.

Well I think it’s fair to say that Nylander should not be the scapegoat for this year.

Seems like Marner might be the guy.

that being said a team should always be wary of doing a trade after a few playoff disappointments. Montreal stupidly traded away Rod Langway and Chris Chelios after some disappointing runs.

I don’t intend to rip Campbell, but that first goal tonight had Patrick Lalime vibes all over it. He let in some painful bad goals against the Leafs in early 2000s even if he had good enough numbers overall.

Well I know this Leafs management group doesn't make knee-jerk reactions, they take time to evaluate but it may be time to make some hard decisions and make a splash trade like the Raptors did after years of losing in the playoffs.

Nylander, marner and even matthews are still not playoffs players. I would trade nylander in a heartbeat.

Price stole it for habs. A regular guy would gave quit after game 4 and moved on to a better team but price stole 3 game in a row. Price is just great.

I’m sad for the Leafs. They deserve better!

As a Sens fan it hurts me to recollect those events.

I believe Lalime's career save percentage in the playoffs was .921.......Problem is Cujo was always better.
