It makes no difference for both Leafs or Canadians. I am watching the VGK vs COL game now. To be honest, none of the Leafs or Canadiens has a chance to beat COL. That's a different level.

I am watching that game as well. Colorado is making Vegas look like they are standing still. No way the Leafs or the Habs can compete with that speed and talent.
4-0 Colorado early in second period.

Ok so the Leafs aren't fast enough or big enough. Are they missing anything else?

I got the Habs as underdogs at +185. But now it's dropped to +170 and dropping more as more people bet on the Habs. The Leafs are -200 favs. If the Leafs lose I made money. If the Leafs win, then it's money well spent.

I never said the Leafs aren't big enough (they actually have a fairly big team) - but since you asked so politely - if they meet Colorado at some point I don't think the Leafs have the goaltending to stand up to Colorado's first line.

Never said you did. I believe same as you that overall they have a fairly big team.
That was more in jest as there certainly are people who don't think Leafs are big enough.
Although they certainly sacrificed some speed to get that.
Vegas when they first came into the league built their team on speed and was very effective.
Leafs also around that time was considered a speed team.

Well, in an alternate universe Leafs would have won game 5 in OT and Muzzin would not get injured in Game 6.
Out 3 weeks. No Marincin. It'll most likely be Dermott with Holl and Bogi with Sandin.
Redemption time for both Sandin and Dermott.

^ It was just on the news with Doug Ford telling the reporters the chief medical officer told him 550 or nothing.

Ho well. Nice to see they picked healthcare worker! In Montreal tickets were between 1.5 to 4k.... Ridiculous!

The Leafs to get by the Habs
550 fully inoculated healthcare workers to be allowed inside to watch Leafs Game 7 in Toronto

Really glad to hear about this.
Well deserved.

I hope they told them that no Montreal jerseys will be allowed. 😁
That's more of a Tampa Bay Lightning deal, isn't it?
