Actually, Jays have a decent rotation but is it enough?
Another top starter along with Ryu - who has been a strong cy young contender last two years - and Pearson, who may be the real ace of our team, and we can compete with anyone
think LA with three cy young winners Trevor Bauer, Clayton Kershaw and David Price.
because pitchers will go down we need quality backup
Matz, Stripling, Ray, and Roark round out the rotation that is above average
I am thinking trade Vlad. If he does not have a breakout season he will lose trading value
At this point he is DH who cannot run
His bat is not needed as much as pitching is with all the offence they added

Alek Manoah has looked pretty good so he might be fast tracked, as well as Simeon Woods Richardson. Julian Merryweather and Anthony Kay will fight for a spots as well.

Vlad looks fit, he could be dipping his toes into the Rubicon, I wouldn't give up on him just yet. He was fit last year as well, then came the layoff and he became a lounge lizard.

It tells us what we already know. The boarder is closed and they haven’t been given the green light to play in Toronto but they want to as soon as they can which is stating the obvious.
The update was they are playing home games in Florida until May 2...in case no one knew, I didn't so maybe others didn't either.

This time he mixed up his slow stuff with his ace pitch the fastball
However, it has been only a few inning's and new pitchers have the edge against batters that have never seen him
He looks promising but cannot call him an ace
same with Pearson
I question our chances with only one proven ace
Quality pitching beats quality hitting
There are 30 teams in MLB.
There are maybe (maybe) 20 pitchers who could be considered Ace quality.
Since when is a baseball series won in a single game because of an "Ace" pitcher?
