People who are slow (in general). Whether you are walking behind a person (or a group) that's just moseying along at a snail's pace, whether it's a person who takes 15 min to put a few items from their shopping cart into their car and then bounce while you patiently wait for the spot, people who make their decisions at the front of an order line and/or ask 50 questions when they get to the front, slow drivers (so many examples), slow servicepeople, etc. Why is it the slowest and/or newest employee is usually working the express line?
People who are loud - they talk loud on their phones, they listen to music without headphones or with headphones but at a volume so high you can still hear it. I was in a sauna on one side while two older morons were on the other side, sitting BESIDE each other, and yelling to each other as if each was partially deaf.
I heard in China they make people who are caught doing this to stare into high beams for whatever period of time, probably not that long. My guess is that this will not work with you, as it seems like you've already stared into the sun for a few seconds too many
And cashiers who do not have the will to tell those people to move to another cash out isle.

More like asshole behavior! If I see someone's waiting I won't necessarily speed up but I put my stuff in at a decent pace, return the cart, get into the car, start the engine, and leave. Had one MF idle for 10 min. Get out of the spot and then pull to the side. Very easy.
I'm very tempted but if I hear a conversation that's unnecessarily loud, I'm going to join in. "Oh sorry, this wasn't an open conversation? Then keep it down!"
Side talkers - that's the person who's driving a car with a passenger in the front seat. Everytime the driver talks to the person, they turn their head almost 90 degrees to look directly at the passenger that they are talking to, and the car veers to the right, or slows down (depending on the length of the conversation). Why are you doing this? Did you repeatedly have to visually identify the person next to you because you forgot who they were? For sure they can here you, they are only 2 feet away. I would suggest that the chances of them suddenly not being there while the car is in motion is pretty slim. Watch the road !
People inline at fast joint or a Starbucks who wait until they get to the front of the line and to look at the choices and then take the time to ponder what they want.
People who insist on long back and forth texing conversations. I'm talking mega paragraph speed texers. To me theres a time to tex and a time where you should just call. I just can't have a deep, meaningful conversation via texing. Just friggin call me :doh:

People who pull up in front of stores, rather than use the parking spots, because their time is more important than everyone else

For the most part, I agree that slow people cause a certain amount of frustration to others who like to move quicker.
HOWEVER, I've learned over time not to judge people too quickly. Some slow movers may be moving slowly for reasons beyond their control. Maybe they're just older and not so quick any more. Maybe they have an injury that slows them down. Maybe they are handicapped in some way. Maybe they are on vacation and enjoying their chance to slow down and relax. Maybe (and I see this often) they are just completely oblivious to the fact that there is a world around them trying to go about their business.
Maybe, maybe, maybe, and the list of possibilities goes on and on.
When I encounter some of these examples, I try to be patient and understanding. I also look for an alternate way to get done what I am trying too get done at the speed that suits me.
I also feel fortunate that I'm able to live life at a fairly quick pace. Some people don't have that choice or luxury.
But slowpokes in the left lane while driving really get under my skin.
If you're not passing someone, move the f**k over.
Ding ding ding! We have a winner. This would also include those people who don't think about how they are going to pay until the transaction is nearly concluded - I'm looking at you, people who pay with checks.
