I know Hamas is the excuse to steal land with radical settlers and ethnicly cleans East Jureselum (both NOT IN GAZA).
The Palestinian Authority was recently found responsible for supporting terrorism by an American court. They rewarded and encouraged extreme violence against civilians including blowing up a school cafeteria. When I said "the Palestinians" don't want peace, I did not mean only Hamas. Hamas are just the most vocal. Neither the PLO nor the PA want peace either. Next question?

well that is probably true. But then why bother negotiating and what incentive is there for the moderate Palis to try and contain the extremists?
Because if the mods contained the nutjobs, there may actually be real negotiations in which the right for Israel to exist would be accepted.

Moderate Palestinians have proven entirely incapable of containing the extremists. Worse, they don't even seem to want to try.

In fact, what passes for a "moderate Palestinian" would be an extremist in any other country -- people like Abbas are not moderates.

and then they wonder why their ratings are in the toilet
And have to resort to Bourdain's cooking show to get their ratings back

Oh grow up. The context of "the Palestinians" is clear and does not mean the race, I am clearly talking about the people in a position to make peace, the ones with the guns and the armed forces.
Coming from the guy who largely appears to believe that almost all criticism of Israeli policy is rooted in Antisemitism.

I don't think democracy is good for all situations. They can be democratic in the future but the situation needs to be stabilized first like how Japan and Korea when tough transitory stages with pseudo democracies under firm guidance. Perhaps with their constitution being written with some external assistance.
So who exactly is going to stabilize the Palestinians?

With Hamas you have said that Israel should have re-invaded Gaza to overthrow them (even though you at times say they were democratically elected) but obviously Israel isn't in a position to change the Palestinians minds. You are against any US interventions anywhere in the world. The Arab states were a failure when they did occupy the Palestinians (and in their own states). Oh I know. You probably back Putin invading another country.

This isn't about how incompetent, corrupt or unable to negotiate the the occupied people are, this is about a fundamental change in Israeli policy - and perhaps US policy (which should tighten the Sphincter muscle of our Zionists). That the Palis are incompetent and Bibi will continue to steal land is t really new news.
Do you not think that the Palestinian leadership's refusal to negotiate a peace has an impact on why there is no peace?

god you are such a liar, I never said Israel should invade Gaza, I said they should have assisted Fatah with artillery, air power and transport when Hamas launched a coup. Only a retard would say that is an invasion. The Arab league could be given sovereignty, Israel does not WANT to change the Palis minds. How would that help them. Peace needs to be imposed with a carrot and stick.
