I would marry an SP. I would ask that she leave the business because of safety concerns and and risk of STDs. I refer to the latter because I would prefer to have bare back sex with my wife and if she was doing BBBJ etc there is a risk.

Sure. Typically, introducing your future wife to family, children, friends, teachers, co-workers....pretty much anybody really, and sharing the reality she was once/or is actively a working prostitute is not going to go well 9 times out of ten. That is the sack of shit baggage I was referring to. And it absolutely is not something you could ever really keep secret. Invariably the secret gets out and at a minimum drags down the couple's relationship and personal lives, but also negatively impacts everyone else's life who may be a significant stakeholder in that relationship. Ain't no one got time for that. That's the reality based on current societal norms. Sex work is not accepted by the vast majority of mainstream society in 2023.
First of all I don't know how anybody else would find out unless someone maliciously went looking not all secrets get out, there have been plenty of retired ladies that I know of that are living lives as civilians and have left the past in the past. If your family and friends did not support the choices you make and perhaps it's time to evaluate your family and friends. I think when it comes right down to it it doesn't really matter what's somebody did in the past its certainly true in my case
A buddy of mine has been married to a former SP for the last five years. He told me what she used to do early on but if he never had I would not have known. They have a relationship that most people would kill for. She is sweet, kind and a great mother. They love each other and are committed to each other in a way that makes other couples jealous. Remember these are people, they each have thier own reasons for working in this industry but it does not nessisarly make them damaged goods. And before anyone asks, no its never been openly talked about, as far as she knows, I know nothing.
