shouldn't he be facing lawsuits for unlawful dismissal if that's the case?
How long did it take you to figure that out?

Actually, it depends. In Canada, it's slam dunk "constructive dismissal" and a lawsuit. In some states in the US, who tf knows what rights the proles have?!

Thanks for proving my point and ignoring the fact that Eliza has confirmed Twitter implemented significant measures to combat child exploitation over the past 10 years. What do you do your programming tells you Jordan Peterson, Orange man bad 🤦‍♂️

I can’t discuss anything with people like you programmed beyond reason.

You will not believe reality and sources unless your overlords tell you otherwise
Will you please stop posting these big ass pics in every post?

Also who the fuck is Eliza? As if she is the most important person the planet.

Oh and I have literally in all my years on twitter, never seen anything related to child exploitation pop up, so am not sure how big of a problem it really was in the first place. But even if so, its not like that is the only problem on twitter. Twitter always has, is and will be a cesspool.

I have never seen child exploitation stuff on Twitter (thank god), but I wouldn't be shocked if it did now. There is apparently little to no content moderation right now, and the automated systems do not appear to be working as well as they should be. Twitter can be a cesspool....but it isn't always. They did a fairly good job with removing a lot of the hateful and offensive stuff....Though there was still problematic posts...

The problematic posts are only increasing everyday in the name of "freedom of speech".

Point is you believe the drivel they feed you from your echo chamber like Twitter is going down and will not make it and this is proven false.
The problems currently plaguing Twitter aren't false.
They exist.

Most of the people in this thread seem to think Twitter will survive, but have a reduced footprint and importance.

Twitter has improved significantly but you don’t want to listen because this is not what they tell you.
In what way has it "improved significantly"?

"A better way to report content" is something they have rolled out more than once over the years, and it has rarely lasted or even been particularly impactful. They did it earlier this year and then pulled it back.
If Musk wanting to monetize adult content on Twitter to make up the revenue deficit his purchase created leads to some stronger reporting and action on child sexual content, that's great.
We'll see how this rolls out, how long it lasts, and what impact it has.

Point is Twitter will not fail and has improved.
OK, you're laying your money on it not failing.
What other improvements have you seen?

Point is you will ignore the positive changes it has made because it doesn’t fit your narrative they echo into you.
I am literally asking you to describe the positive changes.

If you got a memo saying essentially "Be prepared to work masses of unpaid overtime in a toxic pressure cooker work environment, or resign", what would you do.

Most people are going to update their resumes and say "Go fuck yourself!" Why should they work twice as long for the same pay to make Elmu look good.
I don't think richaceg doesn't know that. I just think he thinks "making your work force miserable so that the only people who are left are the ones who will put up with the most shit" is a good management approach.

When ideology does not equal reality what do you do? I have a suggestion maybe stop allowing them to radicalize you. Your life if worth more then fighting for fabrications and made up ideas intended to dumb you down and imprison your free will.
I hope you manage that.
It would be a big step forward for you, and I think you would be a happier person.

There is a suit under the WARN act in California.
It is not certain how it will play out - there are rules about layoffs and how much warning you get, but it can be mitigated by severance so some people think the 3 months will suffice to not get him in trouble under the law.

Eliza Bleu - currently an activist against child trafficking.
Formerly Eliza Siep, Eliza Cuts, and Eliza Knows - ex-wife of Gerard Way from Chemical Romance.

Re-invents herself every few years to stay somewhat famous. (Hair Stylist, Model, Singer, etc.)

Since she says she was trafficked for 15 years (2002-2017) that means she was trafficked the whole time she was married to the My Chemical Romance guy, so presumably he was in on it according to her.

I've also got friends who are getting spammed in their DMs.
(It seems to have gotten a bit better since last week.)

See post #48.

Eliza describing how Twitter implemented method to report and remove child exploitation on Twitter and many of the hashtags that encouraged this that the previous administration failed to address.

The spam DM issue has been a plague for several months and shows no sign of abating.

I acknowledged that one.
They've cracked down briefly in the past as well.
I'm glad she likes what she sees - let's see how long it lasts.

That seems to be the only thing you can point to, though.

It’s very important IMO. Also when Yoel used to work at Twitter he mentioned they removed the racist tweets LeBron and many others talked about almost instantly many bot accounts keep getting banned. On my personal time line I don’t see any racist or hateful stuff. But I also ban many people who are rude and inappropriate to begin with.

Next time I see updates I will post it. They are also working on speed, efficiency, allowing streaming and monetizing content for creators and artists and game play.

They will make it where the laws of the country you reside govern regarding bans.

They will de boost negative comments on threads.

They plan on having a well rounded council to review from all sides.

Those are just the start. I am personally noticing a lot of improvements and have been using Twitter since 2009.

Aso I think they will open source algos so you can have more control over content.

Podcast will be dynamic with video and comments meaning you will be able to comment on specific sections of a podcast and discuss with others.

This is just the stuff off the top of my head. There are many more.

Seems to have a long history of being connected with ElMu, even before he took over Twitter.

I started following her since September because she used to rip on Elon Musk and his fan boys pretty hard. She always said she is not taking any sides and her main goal was fighting CSE. I was like this is fine because she is focused and only started to say positive things when those hashtags and changes were actually implemented and not taking any side. She used to be very rude and aggressive against him. They are in her timeline. Look at around the time he actually bought Twitter on her TL.
