I said this in my previous post: "The article opens with that but I dont see where he called Pierre a climate change denier."
Yeah, I saw that line.
But where in the article does it explicitly quote the MP calling Pierre a climate change denier?

Unless you didn't read the article Trudeau made the comment in light of a protest organized by the group La Meute.
He was right.
Here is a brief from wikipedia:

La Meute is a far -right, identitarian and nationalist pressure group opposed to illegal immigration and Islam.

The Conservatives surged ahead in the polls because people thought Trudeau would not be able to stand up to Trump.

Trudeau's rating had been tanking for like 2 years and reached a low point when Freeland quit.
Nothing to do with Trump.
Pierre capitalized on hatred for Trudeau, leveraged inflation and shot up in popularity.
But after Trump came to power he just appeared a weak leader pushing MAGA-lite.
Which is why he lost his own riding.
He needs to take responsibility for that.
As for Trump preferring Carney, it is to take credit as usual.
As if he is king maker.
But he said this before Pierre's fortunes tanked.
So does he actually prefer Carney?

I read the entire article and I made my reply.
I literally said, "Yes the article opens with that".

It was 43% in 2022 Dec, and had been declining steadily since then.
So, it is untrue that Trudeau's ratings had anything to do with Trump.
The Liberal gained a lead over conservatives after Carney took over, and Trump announced Tariffs.
Pierre was still talking about 2 genders or whatever MAGA-lite talking points of the day.
Hence he lost.
And what about the video that I posted are you refuting?
