Taboo, a series on Netflix... With Tom Hardy, aka Alfie Solomons, the jew character in Peaky Blinders TV series...A great actor...
Tom Hardy is the frontman of Gareth Evans (The Raid franchise) new film Havoc. He was a teenage crack addict, he works out intensely to stay clean. 50Cent enjoyed by his P.I.M.P dubsmash so he contacted him. Hardy invited Fiddy to work out with him.
A papparazzi asked him what it was like working out with Hardy.

He said: "That nigga's crazy"

Today watched 2021 dramady series "Nine Films About Technology" that originally aired on FX, and is now streaming on Hulu. Each episode less than 15 minutes long, with interesting stories involving modern computer technology, social media, and its effect on human lives. Recommended.

Also began Part 2 of the final season of Ozark, that started streaming on Netflix today. First I watched the final episode of Part 1 of the season, and am glad I did as it made it much easier to pick up from where Part 1 left off. One episode in, Part 2 looks as well written and acted as ever!

I just finished the limited series on Apple TV Slow Horses
Terrific spy thriller - the opening sequence in episode 1 is incredible.
As usual Gary Oldman steals the show.

Wait, the history channel is doing shows on stuff that actually happened? Not shows on aliens or ice road truckers pretending to be dangerously incompetent?

Invasion on Apple TV - very MEH in my opinion and found myself fast forwarding to get to the next scene - 10 Episodes could have been distilled down to 5 . Rotten Tomatoes has Avg Tomatometer at 46% and Avg Audience Score at 45%.

Ozark is a riveting series.

Usually if a dramatic series gets to preposterous I lose interest. There an element of preposterous in Ozark, yet it never managed to become prevalent in the series. What the difference between a redneck and a hillbilly? A hillbilly never runs from a fight. The notion that the Mexican Cartel could trespass on hillbilly land without major ructions is unrealistic. You can invade hillbilly land...good luck getting out. Julia Garner leading the way, all the actors in Ozark are so dedicated that I was willing to suspend my disbelief.

Hillbilly National Anthem.

Banged Up/Locked Up Abroad. National Geographic series about people got into trouble in other countries. Most are every day people that were convinced to try and smuggle drugs because they tight on cash. Great series. It's also quite humbling. If you every think your in a bad situation, this will remind you how good we have it here.

I started to watch the new one and I was lost, so I too went back and watched the final episode of the last season to refresh my memory. Streaming platforms are not limited on episode time like the networks are, so I wish more with give us a 5-7 minute recap of where we left off last season. Great show Ozark is.
