"Se7en". I like David Fincher movies quite a lot but this one I can always watch again. Stellar cast.
I’d have to go with The Godfather. First time I saw it was over 2 nights on CTV back in the late ‘70’s. Then they ran The Godfather Saga, I and II re-edited chronologically. Re-released in theatres to coincide with the release of III. Bought it on VHS, DVD and BluRay. So all tolled maybe 10 times. Casablanca, Apocalypse Now! and Kelly’s Heroes all up there as well.
I can always watch The Thing!!!! The cast is excellent and the dialogue and characters are very real/realistic. To me, there is not part in the movie that gets off the rails/ridiculous/silly/out of place. It is so smoothly executed. The soundtrack by Ennio Morricone is perfect(deep, reverberating, atmospheric) and blends so well into the film. It's so complimentary, doesn't take over the scenes, really enhances everything. And the end....oh how I love an end that isn't tied up or a positive ending. I like when things don't get all wrapped up with a pretty bow.

When Captain von Trapp sings Edelweiss the 1st time its such a great moment as his love of family and music floods back into his life.
The first Star Wars movie. Saw it about 9 times in the theatre when it first came out. Who knows how often I've seen it since on video. Then of course when I went to see The Force Awakens I got to see it yet again.

Really worth checking out. James Franco is killer in it, and it's a truly original take on "girls gone wild"!
