GTA & Thereabouts...
I love anything from the 80s ( Weird science, Breakfast club, Uncle buck, Goonies, etc)
Kathleen - Honest question: What was your take on the scene where the guys play with the prospective boob size on the screen? Do you think it planted thoughts for the future (now) you?

Uncle Buck was awesome too.

Well that scene stuck with me and made me think and rethink which size boobs I was supposed to like. I'm still not sure; but I do love women's hair from the '80s.

(and just because I have to, I'd also like to make sure that no-one forgets about the Muppet movies or Gremlins).

Dang! Why didn't I include that John Carpenter classic in my list? Must have seen it at least 10 times.

Quality suspense/slightly gross horror/early special effects, with a great cast including Kurt Russell and A. Wilford Brimley!

Excellent left-field call, Parker!

Never, ever go by cast.

Director and script is what a film is all about.

Agree

Thousands of great actors looking for a break but the established names sell. THEY ARE DENIED WORK IN THEIR CRAFT AND WE ARE DENIED THE PLEASURE OF WATCHING. Sad

Only a small handful of movie stars are great IMHO
