Played the hell out of theses VHS tapes

Karate Kid
I’m with you on that. And now, with this Cobra Kai youtube series, it makes the Karate Kid movies breath new life.

Predator and the first Rocky film

When they come on I always watch them. Of films before 1970, Bridge On The River Kwai and Gunfight At The OK Corral.

Local Hero - still makes me laugh and I find it relaxing to watch - like taking a vacation. I’ll watch it a couple times a year ever since it came out (now, unbelievably over 35 years ago...)

I’ll also watch pretty much any Coen brothers movie repeatedly. I’ve probably watched some a dozen times (Raising Arizona, The Big Lebowski, No Country for Old Men...)

There are lot's of movies I've seen between 10-20 times. Some movies I've seen over 50 times. The movie I've seen the most is Saving Private Ryan. Probably in the 70-100 range. I used to watch it whenever I felt life was hard because seeing what those went through would always put things in perspective for me.

I would Die Hard,The Breakfast Club and Star Wars are close seconds.

Fighting with My Family is getting good reviews at Sundance. Logan is in my top 3 of best comic book movies ever, I have faith in Stephen Merchant.

It's not the first time Merchant and The Rock have worked together....The Tooth Fairy.

I'll always make time for Logan.

Goodfellas, perhaps.

I have other favourites (The Godfather, I and II), but these are not to be ruined by too-frequent viewing .

Lately, I have also been watching lots of the mini series Roots from 1977. Especially the first 4 parts that detail the life of Kunta Kinte. I've gone through stretches in my life where I blitz watch this. Roots from 1977 never really let me look at the father from the Brady Bunch, or Alajandra Sosa (Scarface) quite the same way again. I know it's only acting, but those two, and what they were all about, bother me in Roots.

Ed Asner, as always, masterful in Roots. (he is also in Cobra Kai as Johny Lawrences step father)

Some interesting picks in there and I too have much love for Big Night, Dazed and Confused and Shawshank Redemption.

A few others that I will pretty much always stop to watch include From Hell, The Princess Bride and Before Sunrise.

I too have much love for Big Night, .
An absolutely delightful movie and highly underrated. The synergy between Stanley Tucci and Tony Shalhoub was superb. And Ian Holme was great. "I love you guys!"
