What is "affordable housing"?

Skoob is just a collection of paradoxical ideas. JT giving the carbon tax back to people is bad, but DF going money back is good. A liberal using "affordable" housing as code word for subsidized housing is bad, but a conservative using the word "Super Bonus" as code word for subsidized housing is good.

It is easier to reconcile quantum mechanics with general relativity than reconciling the jagged disjointed thoughts inside Skoob's head.

It would appear that the disjointed thoughts are all yours...along with missing a few points along the way...

JT giving back money he purposely invented a new tax for is different than DF giving back money that was not collected as part of a new tax ponzi scheme.
A bonus to incentivize municipalities to exceed building targets for new housing is different than calling housing "affordable" and being evasive & misleading as to the true nature of it.

You can offer me an apology for your insults now and I will then consider accepting it.

Where or where is your little lost Slug Fraud getting his $3.4billion unwanted election bribe from?

By whom, from whom is your little lost Slug Fraud's $3.4billion unlegislated for election bribe to be paid by with interest to boot?

A bonus to incentivize municipalities is meaningless if your little lost Slug Fraud can't incentivize developers to build, which he hasn't been able to do.

Not only disjointed, but utterly inept, incapable and patently Fraud-ulent.

Where do you think he's getting it from? Are you too lazy to find that answer yourself?
You seem to like asking questions and never provide any substance of your own.

Maybe if Trudeau didn't ruin the economy more developers would actually start building. No one is going to build homes that people can't buy.
You also seem obsessed with Ford winning another election. Do you think he will win it because he's giving people a $200 rebate? hahaha that's funny!

Those are distinctions without a difference. Your arguments usually involve taking inconsequential minutia and spinning it into a pathetic defense. To you winning an argument is just about having the last word, you throw out nonsense and get the other side to quit replying out of frustration and call that a win.

Care to argue on topic or just continue to fling insults?

Usually when people start insulting someone and changing the subject it's a clear sign they really have no argument and are trying to distract from that.

So?

Will you argue like an adult or just skip to the part where you offer me an apology and move on?

I'm offering you a choice...I'm not a monster.

My argument is that what you are saying are distinctions without a difference. Giving tax payer money back is the same regardless. Giving municipalities money for housing under the guise of Super Bonus is still a subsidy.

You insult people in your posts too, why do you get to be high and mighty about it?

It is not a distinction without a difference.

If I create a new tax (on top of taxes we already have) and then give you some of it back, is that the same as me just giving some of it back from existing taxes?

No it's not. And you would be foolish to think so.

Giving municipalities a bonus requires that they meet/exceed targets. It's not just provided for nothing.

I don't insult people unless they insult me first. Usually I don't even do that as a initial response.
